Terms of Use

Effective October 4, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and B&T Entertainment Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates PianoStream. By using PianoStream you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you get PianoStream from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Who can use PianoStream

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. One account works on all your devices. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed to that account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings.
If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Prices may change; Apple or Google will notify you as their rules require.
Premium bought on one platform is available on our other apps when you are signed in to the same PianoStream account.

4. Using the music

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream PianoStream content to your own piano or device. The music is licensed from its owners. You may not copy, record, download outside the app, redistribute or resell it. Playing PianoStream in a business (for example a restaurant, store or showroom) may require separate public-performance licenses, which are your responsibility.

5. My Music — your files

You keep ownership of the MIDI files you upload. You give us permission to store, process (for example to draw piano rolls and run Piano Check) and deliver them to your devices.
Only upload files you own or have the right to use. Don't upload anything unlawful.
Your files are private to your account. We may remove files that break these Terms or the law.
Uploading and playing My Music requires Premium. If Premium ends, your files are kept and become available again when you resubscribe.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on PianoStream infringes your copyright, email hayesiq@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright" and include: your contact information; a description of the work; where the material is in PianoStream; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse PianoStream: no interfering with the service, accessing other people's accounts or data, reverse engineering where the law doesn't allow it, or using the service to break the law.

8. Your piano and equipment

PianoStream sends musical instructions to your instrument. Use your instrument according to its manufacturer's guidance. Piano Check is informational and cannot guarantee that every file is suitable for every instrument.

9. Disclaimers

PianoStream is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content and features may change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, B&T Entertainment Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for damage to instruments or equipment, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for PianoStream in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using PianoStream and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

12. Apple App Store terms

If you use PianoStream on an Apple device: these Terms are between you and B&T Entertainment Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for PianoStream or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to it. If PianoStream fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise.

14. Changes

If we change these Terms, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use PianoStream means you accept the updated Terms.
